Half Marathon
Start Time: 8am
Course Description:
Runners will enjoy a mixture of access roads single track and cross country running in the inaugural Half Marathon.
The course offers views of all three bodies of water inside The Foundations as you circumnavigate The Millpond, Twin Lakes and Limestone Lake.
If you are chasing a PB, you will find it hard to resist the temptation to stop and photograph the stunning views.

10k Trail Race
Start: 9:15am
Course Description: Runners in the 10k race will enjoy a mixture of access roads and single track as they enjoy circumnavigating The Millpond and Twin Lakes in the first half of the race. Some great photo opportunities present themselves if you are willing to sacrifice the time.
Runners will then head into the forest crossing a small creek and enjoying a challenging climb on the other side to take you to the highest point on the course.
It is then downhill to the shores of the beautiful Limestone Lake where you will run along the shoreline on enjoyable single track before making the gradual climb out on access roads.
Then just when you think you are heading to the finish line, you are taken cross country around the old hot water dam before the 400m home straight to the finish line in the shadows of the historic Powerhouse.

5k Trail Race
Start Time: 10:30am
Course Description: After a 100m run down the straight on access road, runners will take an immediate right and enter onto single track high above Limestone Lake. They will then be led onto access roads that will take runners to the eastern end of The Foundations site where they will enjoy both wide access roads and single track around Twin Lakes and The Millpond.
Then its a short cross country section to bring you into the home straight for the finish in the shadows of the historic Powerhouse.

2K Kids Race
Start Time: 11:30am
A trail race for 12 years and under.
Course Description: The younger runners of the day will head out for an out and back run that includes access roads, stepping stones and a lap around The Millpond.
The 2k Race also finishes in the shadows of the historic Powerhouse.

All finishers receive a medal.
